1984 Holiday Rambler Presidential Travel Trailer Camper There are too many options to list everything about this 1984 Holiday Rambler Presidential Travel Trailer Camper but is in good clean condition. I do not know everything about camping and trailers but I will tell you what I do know through my own use, experience, and inspection. As far as I can tell everything works fine with this camper. The frame and outside are structurally sound and does not have any visible holes, breaks, rust or rot. There is some rust under the rear bumper which is only visible from underneath. A soft spot under the side rear door has been repaired and replaced with azek and trek which will never rot. One of the side compartment doors has also been replaced and functions fine. The roof is clean and previously had all leak areas sealed and the roof does not leak. There is a small section of inside ceiling near rear skylight that is degrading. The tires and spare hold air, but may not be sufficient for a long tow at high speeds. The unit has sway bar attachment on the front frame and has built in leveling jacks. The electric, outlets, interior and exterior lights, Panasonic am/fm cassette stereo system w/ front and rear speakers, power jack, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, heat, air conditioning, water & waste system have all been tested and function properly. The cabinets have all been replaced and are new. Propane tanks function properly and have some propane in them. The unit is mold free and smells fresh and clean. Unit comes with brand new deadbolts and keys on both doors and new keys and locks on outside water compartments. The title is clear and will be transferred to winning bidder. Unit comes with all literature, instruction manuals and warranty info for all appliances and vehicle, organized in a notebook binder. Buyer must have positive feedback, negative feedback bidders must contact me before bidding or bid will be retracted. Unit is for pick-up only and must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks from end of auction. Unit must be picked up and removed no later than 3 weeks after end of auction.
